Last month we had someone from The Bath Magazine join our Bath Bootcamp classes and she used the Ztrainer several times during the sessions doing rows, squats, chest press and single arm work. She wrote “Trust me – it is a workout!”

This week we had a fit guy join our Bootcamp classes who used to go to British Military Fitness classes in London. He used the Ztrainer for the first time and loved it, although 2 days later he was finding lifting his arms a challenge!
Just goes to show that you can do all the running and press ups in the world but if you don’t do any pulling movements you are going to have muscle imbalance.
